This is a shared certificate provided by our hosting service. When you go to buy an item a warning will show up stating that the SSL doesn’t match the website. You can view the certificate and see it is held by Chain Reaction Web our web host. Under the name Auth Secure. The SSL is issue by Comodo Trust Limited.
  2. Our credit card processing partner is recognized in the industry for upholding the absolute tightest security. Internet Secure has actually been certified by VISA as using all available anti fraud techniques.

How will I receive my package?
You package will be shipped directly to you in a plain brown box and the return to sender will appear as "Theri Enterprises Limited". Your privacy is our main priority!
If I do not see a product on the site - Does that mean Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) does not carry it?
Of course not – We have access to over 10,000+ Adult Sex Toys and Adult Novelties from numerous manufacturers across the globe. If you do not see a product you're looking for please contact us via our "Contact Us" page. Let us know what you are looking for and in most cases we can accommodate your needs and add the product in question to the store just for you. Yes. Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) recommends cleaning your new toy before and after each use. Sometimes newly manufactured toys may have a finishing residue or small particles from the assembly line they were created on. Give your new toys a good wash before use and always follow the directions included in the packaging. If you're unsure about something, email us at nightmagicfashions@gmail.com. We do offer a selection of bottled toy cleaners which can be found in our Lotions - Oils - Lubes category.

What happens if the color or size I ordered isn't available?
With thousands of items in our store, sometimes a color or size might be out of stock. In this situation Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) will send the closest color or size to the item ordered. Of course this is a rare occurrence, but sometimes does happen. Also Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) reserves the right to substitute an equal or more expensive item in the case of a stock outage. You will always have the option of returning your item. Please see our returns page. You will ALWAYS be notified via email if such a substitution is required.


How old do I need to be to order from your site?
Customers need to be 18 years and older to view and place orders through our website.

Do you trade names and customer info with third parties?
NO DEFINITELY NOT. We never have and we never will.

How quickly can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for arrival of your merchandise, within Canada. Most orders arrive within 10-14 days. For high season, Christmas and Valentine's Day, delivery times may vary.

 

If for any reason, such as a Back Order, your order will take longer than this for delivery you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to purchase an alternate item or refund your purchase.  

 Payment via Money Order or Cheque. Orders will not be shipped until Payment has been received. Cheques are subject to a 10-day clearance period before orders will be shipped.
Can I Return/Exchange an item I have purchased?:
No, due to the intimate nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL, this is in order to ensure the strictest hygiene and safety of our customers. Please see our Return Policy for further details.What should I do if an item I receive is faulty?
All lingerie is looked over for snags and defects before shipping. All toys are tested to ensure they are in working order before shipping. All toys come with a Warranty Card from the Manufacturer and you should contact them directly if there are any defects with your merchandise. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
Do I need to buy batteries?We ship all products that require batteries with new batteries.  If I pay by credit card - Do you specify on my statement what I have ordered? NO. Bank or card statements will not mention sex in any way or detail what you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through Internet Secure (www.internetsecure.com) in the name of our parent company Theri Enterprises Limited; this is what will appear on your statement.How often do you launch new products?
We are constantly on the look out for new products that we can offer our customers. When they have been tested for quality and safety and we are thoroughly satisfied with the value for money, we will put them onto our site.

Do you have any movies?

No, at present we don’t have any movies on the website. We are looking to have movies in the near future so check back later to see if they are on the site. Or sign up for our Newsletter and you will be notified when they are available. Our retail store does have a variety of movies for sale. RETURN POLICY 1.      We will accept returns for the following reasons ONLY:a.       Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item and were not notified in advance that Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) was making a substitution due to a stock outage then please notify us within ten (10) days of receiving your order and we will remedy the situation ASAP. If you would like a Credit you must return the Original Item to us in the Original Packaging. A credit will only be issued when we have received the product and it has been processed. 2.      We WILL NOT accept returns for the following reasons:a.       Defective Merchandise: All merchandise is checked for defects prior to shipment and contains a Manufacturer’s Warranty Card. If you receive an item that turns out to be defective you will need to contact the Manufacturer as instructed on the Warranty Card.b.      Crushed Packaging: All orders are shipped to ensure the package arrives in tact. We are not responsible for the packaging once the package is in the hands of Canada Post.
