RETURN POLICY
1. We will accept returns for the following reasons ONLY:
a. Shipping Errors: If you receive an incorrect item and were not notified in advance that Night Magic Fashions (www.nmf2.com) was making a substitution due to a stock outage then please notify us within ten (10) days of receiving your order and we will remedy the situation ASAP. If you would like a Credit you must return the Original Item to us in the Original Packaging. A credit will only be issued when we have received the product and it has been processed.
2. We WILL NOT accept returns for the following reasons:
a. Defective Merchandise: All merchandise is checked for defects prior to shipment and contains a Manufacturer’s Warranty Card. If you receive an item that turns out to be defective you will need to contact the Manufacturer as instructed on the Warranty Card.
b. Crushed Packaging: All orders are shipped to ensure the package arrives in tact. We are not responsible for the packaging once the package is in the hands of Canada Post.
