Information required for the proper purchase and delivery of products sold on the Night Magic Fashions (NMF) website is required from the user on our order form when placing an order. At this time the user must provide contact information (name and shipping address), relevant and legitimate financial information (credit card number, expiration date, CVV2 code, and current billing address). This information is used for billing purposes only and to complete customer’s orders. Additional information such as a valid e-mail address and phone contact information are requested strictly for the purpose of communicating information pertaining to the customers order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user otherwise it is used to communicate order status and billing authorization.

All of our user’s information, not limited to the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our company’s database. Only employees who require the information to perform a specific function (for example, for billing, order processing or customer service representative needs) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must logoff of their workstations when they leave their desks. When they return, they must re-enter their password to regain access to your information. Every quarter, Night Magic Fashions (NMF) conducts in-house trainings on our customer care policies so that our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and the role our employees play in ensuring that our customer’s information is protected.
